Q1 : Is it possible to have Investor Relations for Japanese companies?

Q2 : What is “Non-financial information”?

A2 : In general there are two kinds of corporate information. One is financial information and the other non-financial information.

Financial information is known as legal disclosure based on Securities and Exchange law and Civil law, and also IR information in narrow meaning. Financial information is based on past record of corporate performance.

On the contrary, non-financial information is based on corporate policy, corporate structure, R&D, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and others. The future of corporation is based on non-financial information. So JDD puts its strength on non-financial information, which is valuable for investors and shareholders.

Q3 : Can JDD support sales activities of overseas product in Japanese market?

A3 : Yes, it is possible. JDD will research Japanese market and offer its customers to create sales channels, sales office/depo and sales network for most suitable way.

Q4 : Can JDD support sales activities in Japan to sell overseas products?

A4 : Yes, it is possible. First JDD researches those products from legal point of view. Then the next stage is feasibility study for the product , which is suitable or not in Japanese market. Final stage is actual supply chain management for the product. All of the procedures are up to the customers. Full-turn-key basis or project base or any other ways are possible.
